The day started in the best way chatting to family in Bonville for Dom's birthday.

The day only improved with a tour around the island. Moorea is the second largest of the Society Islands and is largely considered the centre of the eastern islands of ancient Polynesia. It is a classically idyllic island with incredible Volcanic peaks and beautiful azure waters. It features a coral barrier reef.

We walked through a market and had a retail therapy moment with an unique string of pearls.

We were treated to the Vista's new entertainment troup for pre- dinner presentation of " Our World". Then dinner with Barbabar and Garry anad their friend Rich who is leaving at Papeete.

The evening's entertainment was"the Spirit of Tahiti" which was sooo good. Alan was shocked to discover at one point that there was a band, and then shocked to see that there were some gentlemen performers too.
