We experienced the southernmost Chilean city, Punta Arenas. It was good case of the winds would blow a dog off a chain. Punta Arenas overlooks the Straights of Magellan and is located on an historic trade route.

We managed to get the parcel posted from here. Hoped for a tail wind to get back to the boat.
