Abidjan is the former capital of the Ivory Coast has a population of over 6m.

We only had only a short visit on a Sunday so we opted for a shuttle to the CAVA art markets.

We had a visa face to face first up, then shuttled off with our personal police escort. The poor standard of housing and living was eveident everywhere sadly. We wandered around the markets and wished for more luggage space.

We ended up buying a primitive art work for Ginger(not the shields).

Off to Toscana again for dinner tonight.
