We visited the Cayman Island today. Once again to holiday playground of the rich and famous. It was a relief to be on the right side (left side) of the road again as the Caymans are a UK protectorate.
It is no doubt a beautiful place with idyllic golden beaches. We took a semi-submersible to view the reef and several shipwrecks which was quite interesting.
There was a fascinating rock formation called "Hell" where the limestone bed had eroded and left craggy piers of dolorite. This of couse leads to lots of funny puns about coming from "hell" and back again etc etc.
In the evening the production team put on a fabulous show called "the World" all the singers, dancers, lights, sounds orchestras took us around the world in vignettes.
The final presentation was the presentation of all the staff (that were available) on stage. FYI We have 140 chefs.
