Colombo is an established city at the nexus of the trade route/ spice market/ Belt and Road. I mentioned before, the geopolitical tensions created in this SE asian focus.

We had a great day with tuk tuk tour in Colombo and Elaine and Colin. The driver took took us everywhere to all the monuments in this blistering heat and humidity. It was fantastic so long as we were moving.

There was a themed meal on at Vista followed by folkloric dancing.
